Counselling gives you a safe space to talk about what’s on your mind. It helps you understand your thoughts and feelings, find clarity, and build healthier ways to cope and move forward. Counselling also helps you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, which empowers you to make positive changes, improve relationships, and manage challenges more effectively.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation so you can ask any questions and get a feel for how we work.
If you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send you a client agreement to complete.
Once that’s done, we’ll schedule your first full session at a time that suits you.
From there, we’ll have regular reviews to discuss your progress, goals, and any feedback about how the sessions are going.
